DVD Replication
The DVD replication process requires the production of a “Glass Master” for quantities of 250 and more. To do this, the data from your master is transferred onto a photosensitive layer applied to a glass disc, from which we create nickel stampers.Pressing: The nickel stampers, obtained from the Glass Master, then serve as a mold during the injection of polycarbonate, the plastic material used to form the body of the DVD. These discs are then metallized through galvanization, followed by the application of a protective varnish before they are printed. Here are our most popular packages.
